I bring a calm demeanor to the bench on game days, with high expectations through practice. I deliver practice plans / drills thoroughly, with room for error or chaos. I always add “game-like” scenarios with drills to keep players alert and on their toes. I like working with coaches who are mature enough to always learn from losses and strive to be better the next time. Being a full-time hockey coach to support my family is a goal of mine.
