About This Event
Elite summer hockey training for travel-level players born 2008–2016. Sessions run twice weekly and include 1 hour of on-ice power skating, skill development, and hockey IQ plus 1 hour of off-ice strength, conditioning, plyometrics, and shooting. Co-ed sessions available. Full session cost is $750. Skill levels include Development, Advanced, and Elite.
